Andrew M. Rand, Ph.D.

I’ve spent my life being curious about myself and others.


Who are we? Why do we like some things and dislike others? And, why do we behave the way that we do? Beyond the questions, the path to discovering the answers has always been the most fascinating puzzle to me.


In analyzing myself, I guess you could say that my career as an organizational psychologist chose me.


I love my work. Beyond helping organizations and people understand themselves to become more
effective, I see my role at the human level. I’d like to think my work helps improve people’s lives, and
that – alongside a cup of a coffee - is an exciting way to start the day.
